The journey of a person entering the world, experiencing it, and leaving - has always been explored through different artistic mediums. We learn when our bodies are growing but the conscience doesn't stop right until the day of our passing. We develop and shape the understanding of our own world while also continuously growing in our "self". The body endures while the mind endlessly morphs. Like a gentle sunrise to a dramatic sunset.

"Continuous" touches on the journey of the person. A timeline from a gentle birth, a vibrant childhood, the energetic adolescence, the long repetitive middle age, decaying senility, and finally death towards the afterlife. Each song represents a state in that journey through themes of innocence, trauma, boredom, mental illness....
